Registry role

Colorado Outdoor Estates Registry provides preliminary project screening and limited introductions. The Registry is not the architect, engineer, contractor, permit authority, insurer, fiduciary, or guarantor for a project.

No guarantee

Meeting initial criteria does not guarantee an introduction, consultation, proposal, availability, price, schedule, permit, or successful project. Owners must conduct their own professional, financial, legal, licensing, insurance, reference, and contract review.

Information accuracy

Users agree to provide accurate information and not submit confidential material they are not authorized to disclose. Educational content is general and is not property-specific professional advice.

Questions about a submitted inquiry should include the registry reference displayed on the submission receipt and be sent by replying to Registry correspondence.
