Not a public directory

The Registry does not publish rankings or circulate an owner’s details to a bidding list. A suitable project may be introduced to one builder selected for operating range, geography, capabilities, and current fit.

Commercial relationship

The Registry may receive referral, marketing, licensing, subscription, or other compensation from a participating builder. Any material compensation arrangement connected to an introduction will be disclosed to the property owner before contact details are released. Compensation does not guarantee project acceptance or influence the Registry's published qualification threshold.

Builder verification

“Vetted” must refer to the Registry’s documented review in effect at the time of an introduction. Owners remain responsible for confirming licensing, insurance, references, personnel, financial capacity, contracts, and professionals appropriate to their property.

Project threshold

The $500,000 minimum is an operating qualification threshold, not an estimate or promise that a described project can be delivered for that amount.
